The Operational Meaningful Life (OML) training program encompasses numerous career, vocational and job-skill areas, that address the varying abilities of developmentally-challenged individuals. Individuals are never excluded from training areas or opportunities; but, rather, are given the freedom to explore any or all areas of interest.
The Operational Meaningful Life (OML) Residential Training Program seeks to provide the solution to the critical need for training developmentally-challenged adults to live independently of their current family home support systems; and, if need be, more functionally independent of their current residential situation, be it semi-independent or group setting.
The Operational Meaningful Life residential development program, is designed to create a variety of design models to fit the specific geographical and environmental locations in which adult and young adult individuals currently live.
