Residential Training Program

The Operational Meaningful Life (OML) Residential Training Program seeks to provide the solution to the critical need for training developmentally-challenged adults to live independently of their current family home support systems; and, if need be, more functionally independent of their current residential situation, be it semi-independent or group setting.

The transitioning encompasses daily work achievement training, and employment productivity training, together with skills necessary for greater self-dependence.

In addition, OML has developed its residential transitioning programing to prepare adult and young adult individuals for the often heart-wrenching move out of the families’ homes. The program prepares them for the change in setting, and how to depend upon themselves more in their new “home environment.”
